Shipping policy

Orders are made to order, not pre made. Shipping may take 2-8 weeks delivery for the US. Orders placed outside of the US may take up to 10 weeks, depending on delivery service. You will be emailed or texted your tracking info. Please do not dm or email me of the status of your package unless it has been longer than 8 weeks.

hannah.elise.co LLC is not responsible for the item after shipping, but tracking will be provided. I can not control USPS and what they do with an item once it leaves my hands and due to consumer laws, it becomes your property once it is shipped.
